DOMESTIC RETURNS

Don’t love it? No problem. Returns are also free, and easy!  A pre-paid return label is included with every shipment. All you need to do is re-pack the items, attach the label, and drop the package in the mail.  Goods must be received within 30 days of purchase. There are no refunds for returns received after 30 Days of purchase; returned goods received after 30 days will receive store credit only.

If upon receipt of your product you have doubts about your purchase please keep your product in the original packaging until you have decided you love it.

If your product was a gift, refunds will be credited to the original purchaser or a store credit can be provided to the gift recipient. Gift exchanges will show on the order history of the original purchaser.

INTERNATIONAL RETURNS

All returns from outside of the U.S. can be returned to us via a local carrier.  We strongly advice you using a carrier that can track and insure your package as HĒDO cannot be responsible for lost items.  International returns can be sent to:

If you wish to exchange items for a different size or product, the new item will be shipped to you at no cost.
